Our story

We built this because we lived it.

I used to get packages sent to me from all over: Benin, Ekiti, Ibadan. Picking them up was almost always the same story.

I'd call the driver to ask where they were. "Almost close to the park," they'd say. An hour later, still not there. I'd drive down to the park myself and wait, sometimes four hours or more, watching my phone and calling a number that had stopped picking up.

Some days I went home empty-handed. No package, no driver, no real explanation. And when I did get through, the conversation wasn't much better. The drivers were just as frustrated as I was, and it showed in how they spoke to me.

This didn't happen once. It happened enough times that I stopped calling it bad luck.

I started asking a different question instead. Why does getting a package have to mean giving up your whole day, standing at a park, hoping someone shows up, with no way to know what's actually going on?

RelayX is the answer I wanted for myself: a way to know where your package is and when it's arriving, without leaving your doorstep, without chasing anyone, without the four-hour wait.

We call the driver so you don't have to. We watch the package so you don't have to wonder. If something goes wrong, we're the ones who deal with it. Not you, standing at a park, out of options.
