Right now, that means one route: Ibadan and Lagos. It's the route we know, with transport companies we've actually vetted, at a scale we can genuinely stay on top of. We'd rather do one route honestly than promise the whole country and let people down.
We're not interested in claiming to be the biggest, or the first, or the best in any country. Those are easy words. What's harder, and what we're actually trying to do, is keep the same small promises on every single shipment: reply quickly, tell you the truth about where your package is, and never make you stand somewhere wondering.
As we prove we can hold that standard (real response times, real updates, real accountability when something goes wrong), we'll extend it to more routes. Not because bigger is automatically better, but because more people deserve to stop worrying about where their package is.
That's the whole vision, really: fewer people standing at a park, waiting.
